Founded in 1976 by Mr. Vinod Bomb, Kontact began as a small, family-run trading business with a simple goal – to deliver reliable electrical and mechanical solutions that empower industrial growth.
In 1983, we transitioned from trading to manufacturing, with the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) becoming our first client. This marked the start of a lasting partnership with Indian Railways and laid the foundation for our journey in building and supporting India’s infrastructure. Over five decades, we have evolved into a trusted engineering and manufacturing partner, supporting critical sectors across India.
Our work spans railways, infrastructure, defence, energy, and other critical segments where quality and reliability matter most. With innovation at our core, we continue to engineer solutions that move industries forward — safely and sustainably.
